North Wales indie-band have been creating quite the excitement within the UK music scene, having already gained attention from the likes of the BBC. Earlier this year the band released their powerful track Getaway which is such a life giving track. This is one of those songs which as soon as it comes, to resist would be a sin especially as it so infectiously good. I just love the lyrics too, especially the line ‘I will ask you one more time, don’t you want some more, with those dark green eyes, reading mine, c’mon baby what you waiting for? Let’s dance again one more time..’. WRKHOUSE have such a edgy and mysterious vibe to them, and I cannot wait to see what the rest of 2024 has in store for them.
