Tucker Pillsbury, aka Role Model, might not have won People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive competition, but that didn’t stop him from playing two back-to-back sold-out shows at The Wiltern in LA. And let’s be real — who needs that title when you have an entire crowd of screaming Divas ready to lose their minds for you?

The first night was one for the books. Fans showed up looking so adorable, many of them rushing to snap a pic at the Look at That Woman” photo booth. From the moment Tucker hit the stage, the energy was absolutely unhinged in the best way possible. He mentioned how much he enjoyed touring in Europe and Australia, but joked that those crowds were a little too polite — clapping at all the right moments but lacking the “craziness” of North American fans (everyone started barking as soon as he mentioned that). The LA crowd was happy to remind him exactly what he’d been missing.

The setlist? A total emotional rollercoaster. One minute we were jumping around to bangers like “Scumbag”, “Superglue”, and “Slipfast”, and the next, we were clutching our hearts and sobbing to “Frances” and “Some Protector”. He even brought out on stage Noah Conrad and Mason Stoops to perform “The Longest Goodbye”which, if you know, you know — it’s a fan-favorite and an absolute tearjerker. And while I personally missed hearing some Rx songs live, the setlist still felt solid, packed with all the highs and lows you could want.

One of the most special moments of the night was seeing Tucker play the guitar on stage, something that felt deeply personal given that he only learned how to play while making this album. Watching him confidently strum and pour his emotions into each note added a new layer of intimacy to the performance. It was a full-circle moment that longtime fans could truly appreciate.

Of course, Tucker had to throw it back for the OG Baddies. If you’ve been around since the early days, you were probably screaming your lungs out to “That's Just How It Goes” and “Blind”.  And of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without him covering “Somebody Else” by The 1975.

But THE moment of the night? When Tucker brought out Dylan Minnette from Wallows to be that night’s Sally. You could feel the venue shaking as everyone jumped around with both of them. If you’ve been following this new tour through social media, or have been to a show, you know this is a special moment where he picks someone to dance around to tiktok’s favorite “Sally, When The Wine Runs Out.” Having Dylan up there took it to a whole new level, and the audience completely lost it.

As the No Place Like Tour nears its end, one thing is for sure — Tucker knows how to put on a damn good show. Whether you were dancing, crying, or both at the same time (very possible), it was a night to remember. If you missed out, I suggest you start planning for the next tour now, because this one? Legendary.
