Our recent visit to Frameless in London was nothing short of spectacular, marking our second experience at this immersive digital art destination. Since our first visit, Frameless has impressively upped the ante with new and exciting features that truly make it a standout attraction.
New for Summer 2024, Frameless has relaunched one of its galleries, ‘The World Around Us,’ marking the most significant update to the multi-award-winning experience since its opening in 2022. This revamped gallery offers extended summer hours, allowing visitors to dive deeper into an emotionally charged journey through art. The gallery now features five new immersive artworks from renowned artists such as Hokusai and Van Gogh, alongside seven remastered pieces, enhancing the overall experience and providing fresh perspectives on classic masterpieces.
Frameless Lates is a brilliant addition for those looking for an after-dark culture fix. Available every Friday and Saturday night at a special online ticket price of £20, these sessions offer over-18s access to the four permanent galleries with the added ambiance of a specially curated soundtrack from Soho Radio. The atmosphere during these Lates sessions is truly unique, providing an engaging and intimate way to experience the art.
To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Frameless is showcasing the best up-and-coming talent from the vibrant digital art community. Visitors this summer can enjoy a complimentary show in the pop-up fifth gallery, ‘Blank Canvas.’ This special exhibition highlights the work of artists from the past year, including graduates from the Royal College of Art and the acclaimed multidisciplinary artist Maliha Abidi. The ‘Blank Canvas’ gallery is open to anyone who purchases a ticket during standard opening hours until October 2024, adding an extra layer of value and excitement to the visit.
Overall, our return to Frameless was filled with awe and inspiration. The new updates and extended features provide an ever-evolving art experience that captivates and delights. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or simply looking for a unique outing in London, Frameless is a must-visit destination that continues to push the boundaries of immersive digital art.
